Can credits that I acquired all through a summer or Wintertime term be counted in the direction of meeting my 30 credits a year?Am I suitable to the Excelsior Scholarship if the faculty I transferred to would not acknowledge all my credits?Scholarship recipients need to be repeatedly enrolled, complete-time, at a SUNY or CUNY university and entire
